Villa Oleander is a beautiful luxury villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, air-conditioned throughout. Recently renovated and fitted and furnished to a very high standard, the villa has lovely designer kitchen, travertine stone bathrooms and comfy open plan living room and conservatory-style dining room. Two of the bedrooms lead out to private terraces overlooking the tremendous view of the old village of Mougins (a 15 minute walk away) and the Med. The villa is set within a 2,000m2 private south-facing garden of terraced lawns dominated by a fantastic palm tree with flowering oleander, olive trees and lavender. The outdoor dining area overlooks the grounds and a secluded pool with fenced pool area.
Overlooking the medieval hilltop village of Mougins and the Bay of Cannes, it’s about 10 minutes drive into Cannes (6kms), Antibes and the beaches of the coast and less than half an hour from Nice airport.

The 11th century medieval village of Mougins, famed for its superb restaurants and surrounding golf courses, is only 20 minutes from Nice Airport yet retains its peaceful village charm. Only 6km from Cannes and the Mediterranean, it has the feel of being in the heart of the Provence countryside.
Mougins is ideally placed to explore the coastal highlights of St Tropez, Cannes, and Monaco, not to mention the charming neighbouring villages of Grasse, Valbonne, St Paul de Vence, and Biot to name just a few. Immediately to the east, is the 427 hectare National Parc de La Valmasque and Lake Fontemerle. At a height of 260 metres, Mougins is famed for its winding pedestrian streets filled with art galleries and over a dozen excellent restaurants. Pablo Picasso chose to spend his last 15 years here, and in more recent times, the Michelin starred Moulin de Mougins and the 5 star Mas Candille have firmly established Mougins` gastronomic reputation.

Villa Oleander is available for rent all year round. The property is booked on a weekly basis from 4pm the day of arrival to 10am the day of departure.
