Newly fitted and furnished to a very high standard, all bedrooms have wooden bamboo floors and open onto a large balcony with sea views and access to a panoramic roof terrace with views of the Bay of Golf Juan, Cap d’Antibes and the Alps.

The villa is set within a delightful Mediterranean landscaped garden planted with lavender banks, olive trees and palms. There are spacious outdoor dining terraces at the front and back and a private swimming pool with poolside terrace. The garden is enclosed and completely private. Located along a small residential lane, the property is very peaceful yet only minutes away from the Cannes Croisette and the restaurants and beaches of the coast.

The accommodation (200m2 approx.) is arranged on two levels:
Ground Floor:

Upstairs:
A granite staircase leads up to the first floor where there are four bedrooms all of which have direct access to a large balcony which stretches around the house and to a panoramic roof terrace.
There are two double bedrooms and two twins both of which can be arranged as doubles. The bedrooms share two bathrooms - one full bathroom with bath and shower and one shower room and separate wc. The bathrooms are completely new with modern slate and stone design.

The Grounds

Les Karias is set in a lawned Mediterranean garden of about 1,500 m2 planted with lavender, jasmine, and olive trees. There is a large terrace in front of the house overlooking the front lawn with its olive and mandarin trees. Two paths, one on each side of the house, lead to the back of the house and its large grassed lawns and impressive eucalyptus, oak, and fig trees that surround the pool area. The pool is 10x5m set in a stone tiled sun terrace.

Overlooking the pool area is a covered terrace where ten people can easily be seated at a wooden teak table. From here stairs lead up to an amazing roof terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean on one side and the Alps on the other.

Location

Les Karias is situated on a the peaceful hilltop of Super Cannes - one of the most prestigious residential neighbourhoods of Cannes, between Cannes and Golfe Juan. Less than 15 minutes away are some of the Cote d"Azur"s most famous coastal resorts:
Cannes – a world renowned seaside town with beautiful sandy beaches, long promenades and impressive super yachts in the marina. Traditionally a place to be seen by the rich and famous, Cannes is also known for hosting the Cannes film festival in May, as well as other major business events.
Golfe Juan - a pleasant seaside town with sand beaches and its own port. Much smaller than Cannes it provides a more relaxed atmosphere away from the luxury glamour of the Croisette. Also famous for it’s Jazz festival in July.
Vallauris – a town of arts, crafts and pottery traditions where the workmanship can be seen in many different boutiques and in the pottery museum.
Antibes – a beautiful fortified French coastal town, with a picturesque old port and walled city containing many restaurants, cafes and shops, a long covered market and the famous Picasso Museum.

Drive inland and discover another world as you enter some spectacular mountain scenery dotted with hillside medieval villages and gorges as well as the pretty Provence villages of St Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne.

Nice airport – 30 minutes.

Pricing & Availability

Les Karias is available for rent all year round. The property is booked on a weekly basis from 4pm the day of arrival to 10am the day of departure.
