This lovely property is situated in a dominant position just a short drive from the
picturesque village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood
with the mountains behind, there are stunning views over the rolling Côte d’Azur hills
to the sea. Tastefully furnished in a Provençal style, the villa has 5 bedrooms, three in
the main house and two double bedrooms in an adjacent guest suite - a convenient
configuration for one or two families or a family with relatives and friends. Warm colours
throughout provide welcoming family accommodation.
There are sunny terraces all round the house, with steps down to a magnificent infinity pool
and summer dining area. In the garden there’s a boules pitch and badminton net and even
a tree-house for the children! Everything you need for a memorable family holiday.

The villa has five bedrooms, three in the main house and two in the adjacent guest suite
which has it’s own private
terrace and separate access to the drive. There’s a spacious living
room, indoor dining are and well-equipped modern kitchen.
Main house: living room, open-plan kitchen and dining room with French windows to terrace,
laundry room, double/twin bedroom with separate bathroom. First floor: 1 bunk-bedded room
and 1 single-bedded room, sharing a shower room. Guest Rooms: two double bedrooms with
independent access, each with en suite shower room and private terrace.
Facilities: Dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, chest freezer,
piano, large TV & video in sitting room with small TV in each double bedroom, CD player,
fax machine, summer kitchen with gas barbecue, fridge, and electric hob,
swimming pool 13 x 6 metres, shower by pool, electric gates.
The Grounds |
Set within private garden of over about 3,000 m2, the villa enjoys a very dominant position
with breath-taking views over countryside to the sea in the distance. French doors lead out to
a beautiful flat lawned area shaded by a majestic umbrella pine. From here a couple of steps
lead down to a fabulous infinity pool with a large pool terrace with shaded pool house and table
and chairs for poolside dining. The pool is gated and security alarmed. To one side of the lawn
a delightful honeysuckle arch leads through to the private terrace of the adjacent guet house.
The garden has a boules pitch, bbq, and badminton net and even a tree house for the children.
The property is accessed via a quiet residential lane and has it’s own electric gates and
parking for 4 cars.

Location |
The villa is situated up a peaceful residential lane with dominant views of the countryside
and the sea, about 1.5 km outside the unspoilt medieval village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup with
its many shops, galleries and restaurants. About 10 minutes drive away is the historic town
of Vence and the village of St Paul de Vence - home of the Impressionist painters and now
a centre for contemporary art. It’s only 25 minutes to Cannes and Antibes, 20 minutes to
Valbonne and Grasse and half an hour from Nice airport.
Activities are on the doorstep. Golf, tennis, riding, cycling and paragliding are all available
locally and there are magnificent walks in the surrounding hills. Europe’s largest marine park
is in nearby Biot. Between the mountains and the Mediterranean, the property is ideally located
for easy access to both the historic perched villages of the interior and beaches of the Côte d’Azur.

This villa is available for rent at Christmas and New Year and throughout July and August,
rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
